What roles are there?
Two: admin and member. Admins manage the workspace and the team; members do the day-to-day work in the shared workspace.
Can I move the account to someone else?
Yes. You can transfer ownership of the workspace to another admin, useful when a lead changes or the account needs to change hands.
Do we each pay separately, or is it one balance?
It's one workspace. Billing is prepaid: you pay per second of audio, $0.10 per minute, from a shared token balance (1 token = 1 second). New accounts start with free tokens, and there's no per-seat subscription.
