1. Outputs are best-effort, not guaranteed

Scarleta produces analysis and processed audio using automated models and signal processing. Results (including transcription, translation, captions, speaker labels, key and chord detection, tempo and structure, tagging, embeddings, separated stems, noise reduction, and any other output) are best-effort estimates. They may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and they are not guaranteed to be correct, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You should independently verify any output before relying on it, especially for decisions that matter.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing produced by or stated within the Service is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Do not treat an analysis result or any platform content as a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional.

3. Your responsibility for rights and use

You are responsible for having the rights to the audio and materials you upload and process, and for how you use the outputs. Scarleta does not grant you any rights in third-party content, and using the Service does not clear copyright, publicity, licensing, or other rights in the audio you provide. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your use.

4. No warranty

The Service and its outputs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scarleta disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Your use of the Service and reliance on any output is at your own risk, and our liability is limited as described in our Terms of Service.

The Service may reference or interoperate with third-party services and content. We are not responsible for third-party materials, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.
